By accessing and using wait.dev ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

wait.dev provides a platform for creating and managing waitlists for products and services. Our service includes:

User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Service.

• Providing clear privacy policies to your subscribers
• Handling data deletion and access requests

Prohibited Content

You may not use our Service to collect data for or promote:

• Illegal activities or products
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Adult content or services
• Gambling or betting services
• Cryptocurrency or investment schemes
• Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes

Payment and Billing

For paid plans:

• Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Accounts may be suspended for non-payment
• You authorize us to charge your payment method

We use Stripe for payment processing. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform maintenance that temporarily affects service
• Experience downtime due to technical issues
• Modify or discontinue features with notice
• Suspend accounts that violate these terms

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by wait.dev and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our written permission.

Privacy

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your account at any time
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• We may discontinue the Service with 30 days notice
• Upon termination, your access will be immediately revoked
• We will provide data export capabilities for 30 days after termination

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data transmission

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wait.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or security breaches
• Third-party actions or content
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the Service

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless wait.dev from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
